Hi, I’m George, a chess coach with 4+ years of teaching experience in schools and additional experience at a chess academy. I’m a FIDE-certified Developmental Instructor, rated 2200+ on Chess.com (2300+ Lichess).
I work mainly with kids, teens, and beginners, keeping lessons fun, clear, and easy to follow. I tailor each lesson to my students so they can improve quickly and enjoy the process.

I had a great introductory lesson with George. He quickly assessed my playing level and was very attentive to the specific areas I wanted to improve. His suggestions for training methods to use between lessons were also incredibly useful. I'll definitely be booking in again soon!
