I design functional 3D CAD enclosures for ESP32 devices, GPS trackers, PCBs, IoT sensors, and electronic products. I build each housing around the actual hardware, accounting for PCB dimensions, component height, mounting points, screw bosses, snap-fits, wall thickness, USB/charging ports, buttons, LEDs, antennas, and sensor openings.
I work with CAD files, PCB dimensions, sketches, and reference designs to create accurate models for 3D printing, prototyping, and manufacturing.
