I have also worked closely with organisational information and policies to ensure that responses reflect each provider's actual experience, capabilities and governance arrangements rather than relying on generic information. A key achievement from this work has been the positive outcomes achieved through the projects I have supported, with approximately 99% positive outcomes reported across the relevant work.
