Very quick to reply, very helpful and courteous. The final result is very close and although i will need to do some more work to it ( I am really fussy) he got about 89% accuracy with a recreation. It was a difficult track and he did good.

It came out great! Extremely fast and they made some changes with experimenting a little based on the original idea, but it really worked well to make it better overall. Amazing output, would highly recommend to anybody needing these services.
