Calendars + booking logic + notifications + no-show prevention
Workflows: lead capture → nurturing → sales pipeline → follow-up → reactivation
Integrations via webhooks / APIs (Make, n8n, Zapier if needed)
Troubleshooting: automations not firing, duplicate contacts, wrong triggers, loops, basic deliverabil
