Gibson did a great job with the first stage. He understood the direction quickly, improved some of my wording and made the hero feel much more professional without changing the brand style. He also worked in a duplicate theme so nothing on my live store was affected. Very smooth first phase.

Gibson did a very thorough audit of my store before changing anything. He found duplicate collections, bad collection rules and even old homepage links that I didn’t know were still connected to collections I wanted removed. He asked questions instead of guessing and gave me a much cleaner structure to work with. Very happy with the first stage.

Another really good phase. Gibson went through every product and found several mistakes I didn’t know were there, including wrong shoe sizes, duplicate products, inconsistent colors and an unfinished product that was somehow live. Everything is much more organized now and he checked with me whenever something wasn’t obvious.

Really happy with this phase. Gibson didn’t just copy the content I sent, he noticed that the Vitamin C percentage was wrong and helped clean up several claims so the page reads more professionally. The benefits, ingredients, reviews and FAQ all look clean and easy to read. Great communication again.

Completed the full Shopify organization project with Gibson and I’m very happy with the result. He cleaned up my collections, organized almost 50 products, fixed product data issues, rebuilt the navigation and set up useful filters without adding unnecessary paid apps.
