I build automations in n8n for the boring, repetitive tasks that eat up a business owner's day, so they run in the background without anyone touching them. Most of my work is around leads and outreach. I set up workflows that find contacts, clean up the list, remove duplicates, and drop everything neatly into Google Sheets or a CRM. I also bring AI into the process to write first-draft emails, sort good leads from bad ones, and summarise long data into something you can read in a minute. I'm comfortable connecting the tools most small businesses already use, like Gmail, Google Sheets, Shopify and social media accounts, and I use webhooks, schedules and custom API calls when a simple connection isn't enough. I test everything properly before handing it over, and I leave clear notes so you always know what each workflow does and how to change it.
