Hi, I'm 31 years old and I am a UGC creator, dancer, dance instructor, and athlete. Movement is my language, whether I am expressing myself through dance, finding balance on the Pilates mat, or pushing my limits at the gym. To me, fitness is more than physical effort; it is a daily ritual for mind-body wellness and positive energy. Self-care is an essential part of my lifestyle, from staying active and taking care of my skin to maintaining and celebrating my natural curly hair. Dancer & Mime at Teatro alla Scala | Dance Instructor Movement is the very core of my life. As a dancer and mime at the world-renowned Teatro alla Scala in Milan, I have the privilege of performing on one of the most prestigious stages in the world, embodying the excellence of classical tradition and the dramatic intensity of opera and ballet. My background and experience at La Scala have taught me the profound value of rigor, meticulous discipline, and emotional storytelling—where every movement, from the most technical step to the subtle narrative of mime, is designed to evoke deep human emotion. Parallel to my stage career, I am deeply passionate about dance education. As an instructor, I translate the high-level expertise gained from the professional stage into an empathetic, structured, and inspiring learning environment. I guide my students beyond physical technique and body awareness, encouraging them to discover their unique artistic expression and instilling a lifelong love for this extraordinary art form.
