Fournissez-vous un support si je rencontre des problèmes en broderie ?
Oui ✅ Je vérifierai d'abord s'il s'agit d'un problème de numérisation. Sinon, mon expérience pratique des machines à broder me permettra de vous conseiller sur les stabilisateurs, les fils, les types d'aiguilles et les tensions. En cas de problème, je vous aiderai à le résoudre pour que votre motif soit parfaitement fonctionnel et sans tracas.
Combien de temps faut-il pour recevoir mon fichier numérisé ?
Le délai standard est de 12 à 24 heures. Pour les travaux urgents, vous pouvez ajouter l’option “Livraison Urgente” pour recevoir les fichiers en 6 à 12 heures (du lundi au samedi) ou l’option “Livraison Super Urgente” pour obtenir les fichiers en 2 à 6 heures. En cas de retard supplémentaire, vous pouvez me contacter.
Fournissez-vous des photos d’échantillons de designs digitized ?
Oui, sur demande. Je peux réaliser un test sur ma machine et fournir des photos HD de broderie en preuve. Le prix dépend de la complexité et de la taille du design. Contactez-moi pour un devis personnalisé.
Puis-je demander des modifications après la livraison ?
Absolument. Les petites modifications (comme un léger redimensionnement, l’ajustement de la densité, la correction des couleurs) ou toute erreur dans le digitizing sont incluses. Pour des changements majeurs ou des redesigns, des frais supplémentaires peuvent s’appliquer en fonction de la complexité.
Que faire si le délai de livraison n’est pas respecté ?
Le dimanche est non ouvré, donc les commandes passées ce jour-là sont traitées à partir du lundi. Les travaux du samedi doivent être effectués avant 12h EST. Les logos complexes peuvent nécessiter plus de temps, mais si nous retardons un travail simple et que cela vous fait perdre des affaires, nous vous rembourserons pour vous soutenir.
Quels formats de fichiers Artwork acceptez-vous pour le digitizing ?
Nous acceptons presque tous les formats pour le digitizing. Pour de meilleurs résultats, téléchargez des images en haute résolution en JPG ou PNG. D’autres formats comme SVG, AI, EPS, CDR, PDF, TIFF, PSD, DOCX, GIF, etc. sont également pris en charge. Même les fichiers de broderie peuvent être utilisés comme référence, mais pour cela, vous devez acheter l’addon Complex shape.
