What happens if I order?
We will contact you to confirm that we have received your order. We can then discuss your wishes for the script and project. After that, my team and I will immediately process your files and deliver the finished product to you in your requested format within 3 days.
Which languages do you transcribe and translate?
We have many international teams of native speakers. Our teams can transcribe and translate English, Dutch, Czech, Turkish, Greek, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Romanian and Albanian. If you need another language, please message us to inquire.
What should I do if my video is longer than 5 minutes?
Adjust the amount of minutes when choosing a package. The price will change automatically. If you're unsure, please message us and send over the content. We will provide you with a custom quote.
What is an .SRT file?
An SRT file is a plain-text file that contains the text and timecodes to sync to the video. Usually .SRT files are uploaded alongside videos to allow viewers to easily turn subtitles on/off, instead of being permanently burned into a video.
How can I send my video?
If the file is less than 500 MB, you can upload and send it through Fiverr chat. If the file is larger than that, you will have to upload it to Google Drive/Dropbox/YouTube/WeTransfer first, and then send us the download link via the chat.
How much do you charge for revisions?
Each package comes with at least 1 revision, and some include multiple! If you think you may require more, then these can be purchased in the extra's section. (The extra's section can be found after you have selected your package of choice)
