Yes, your site is safe. I only work on the necessary areas and can create a full backup before starting (available as an extra). You can also give me a temporary admin account and remove it once the job is done.
Do you provide refunds if the issue can’t be fixed?
Yes. If I cannot fix the problem or it’s outside my expertise, I will cancel the order so you get a full refund. My goal is 100% client satisfaction.
