FAQ
Why won't my printed QR code scan with customer smartphones?
Common reasons include low color contrast (e.g., dark gray on black), over-complex pixelation, missing quiet zones around the border, or a broken destination URL. I diagnose and fix all of these issues.
Can you fix a blurry or low-resolution raster QR code image?
Yes! I completely trace and vectorize low-resolution images into scalable SVG and EPS vector files that look razor-sharp on everything from business cards to massive billboards.
What is a dynamic QR code redirect and how does it save printed inventory?
A dynamic QR code points to a flexible redirect URL. If your target link ever breaks or changes in the future, you can update the destination online without ever needing to reprint your physical materials.
What do you need from me to fix my broken QR code?
Send me the current image or file of your broken code, your intended destination link, and your vector logo (if you want branding integrated during the repair process).
Do you test the repaired QR codes before delivering them?
Absolutely. Every repaired file undergoes strict optical scan testing across multiple physical iOS and Android devices under various lighting conditions to guarantee 100% readability.
Can you add my company logo to the repaired QR code?
Yes, I can integrate your brand logo neatly into the center while maintaining proper error-correction parameters so the code never loses scannability.
What if the repaired QR code still fails a print test?
I offer unlimited revisions and close communication to troubleshoot any printer-specific scaling or contrast anomalies until your code scans perfectly.
What file formats will I receive upon project completion?
You will receive high-resolution print-ready files including vector SVG, EPS, PDF, and high-contrast PNG formats suitable for professional printing presses.
Can you handle bulk repair projects for corporate inventories or manuals?
Yes, through my Standard and Premium packages, I handle multi-file repairs and bulk batch recreation for manuals, packaging, and multi-location retail displays.
What is your typical turnaround time for an emergency fix?
y Basic emergency package comes with a rapid 24-hour delivery window to ensure your business operations experience minimal downtime.
