I got into UX to make lots of people happy — and after six years in a branding agency I found myself drawn towards work that actually mattered. I work across research, strategy, copywriting, wireframes, branding and design thinking workshops, but what I care about most is accessibility and participation. Workshops help people who think they're not creative discover how many good ideas they have. Accessibility ensures the goodness of UX reaches those who need it most.
