What files do you need?
STEP, STP, DWG, DXF, PDF, CAD drawings, sketches, or product photos.
Can you manufacture the parts yourself?
No. I work with vetted CNC manufacturing partners in China and coordinate the sourcing, technical communication, and production process on your behalf. This allows me to match each project with a suitable supplier instead of forcing every job through one factory.
How fast can I get a quotation?
Most quotations are provided within 24 hours after receiving complete drawings and specifications.
Can you source prototype quantities?
Yes. I can source both prototype and production quantities.
What materials can you source?
Aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium, POM, ABS, nylon, acrylic and other engineering materials.
What tolerances can your manufacturing partners achieve?
Standard tolerances of ±0.02mm to ±0.05mm are common, with tighter tolerances available depending on the part geometry and material. Let me know your requirements and I'll confirm feasibility before quoting.
Do you help with quality control and inspection?
Yes. I can arrange dimensional inspection reports, material certifications, and first-article inspection before parts ship, depending on your package.
What's the minimum order quantity?
