What tools and platforms do you actually use?
Yes — that's part of the job. Every workflow I deliver comes with a plain-English walkthrough video (under 5 minutes) showing exactly what it does, when it runs, and how to spot if something breaks. You won't need to touch the code.
How long does a typical project take?
Simple automations (single-step workflows, basic integrations) take 1–3 days. Multi-step AI agent workflows typically take 5–10 days. I'll give you a specific timeline before the project starts — not a range, an actual delivery date.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Three things: access to the platforms involved (API keys or login credentials via a secure share), a description of the exact process you want automated (step by step, even if it's messy), and one example of the input data the workflow will handle. That's it.
My business is niche — will AI automation even work for me?
Automation works if you have a repetitive process with consistent inputs and outputs. Industry doesn't matter. I've built workflows for e-commerce stores, law firms, coaches, SaaS companies, and logistics businesses. If you're doing the same manual task more than 5 times a week.
Can you update or maintain the workflow after delivery?
Yes. I offer ongoing maintenance packages if you want someone to monitor, update, and expand your automations over time. For one-off projects, I'm also available for hourly fixes if something breaks down the road — just message me first and I'll give you an honest estimate.
