FAQ
1. What you want me to provide when placing order?
You need to provide content (in Word document or any other text format), color schemes, page size, number of pages or any special elements if you want.
2.How much time do you take to send the initial draft?
I provide the first draft before the expected delivery time (usually between 36 - 48 hours). You can always order fast delivery GIG extra if you are in limited time frame.
3. How much time you take to modify the printables or digital Planners for requested revision?
Each revision request can take up to 12-24 hours because of the difference in time-zones. Please clarify what kind of changes you actually want.
4. What if I need to do some changes after the order is completed?
Yes!!! I will do it free if it is not a major redesign. Otherwise I will charge minimal fee to do large changes.
5. Do you design cover?
Yes. I do. You can add that service as a GIG extra. Otherwise you can see my premium package,Cover Page is included in Premium Package.
6. Do you design printables with large number of pages.
Yes. I do yearly planners and other printables with high page counts. Just contact me for further details. Also check GIG extras.
7. Can I include my own logo and branding?
Yes, you can. Just send me your personal logo or branding in a PNG or JPG file.
8. What files will I provide?
You will receive digital files only (PDF, JPG, PNG) or editable links made in CANVA or VISTACREATE, no items are delivered to your house.
9. What is an extra page?
If I have to design a completely new and unique page, the page will be considered as an extra page
