What are the softwares you use for takeoffs?
For takeoffs, I use Planswift and Bluebeam. Excel sheets are used to represent all the estimates and values.
How fast can you deliver?
Usually, It depends upon the scope and scale of the project. For a small residential project, I can deliver within 3 days.
Can you provide your portfolio?
Yes, you can ask for my previous work. You can check them as markup drawings PDFs and Excel Sheets
Are the pricing in your offerings fixed?
No, the pricing may vary depending upon the scope of work and your demands. You can contact me anytime for a quote and we can work out a custom package for you.
Can you do pricing as well other than Material Takeoffs?
Yes, I can do the pricing of projects as well, I use the Rs Means system for item cost calculations.
Do I provide markup files as well?
Yes, I provide markup PDF files with the takeoff & estimate
