How long does delivery take after purchase?
As i received your order, i will try my best to deliver as soon as i can.
Why do I have to provide examples?
Example is the best way to show me what you are looking for, its important for me to catch the idea you have in mind so i can do work according to you.
Do you provide file formats other than JPEG/PNG?
JPEG/PNG files are most common and necessary files for mug printing. but if you want any other file i will send.
How many concepts do you provide?
You will be provided with 2-3 initial concepts, but it means 2-3 colour themes and font styles to choose from. It will not be completely different types of work.
Understanding of Packages:
My packages are just a startup of any initial design. But if you have something very specific and unique in mind and want to get everything sketched and drawn from scratch, then price may vary according to the number of objects, features, detailing, and typography you would like in your design.
What is Price for what kind of design?
Due to the nature of the job, design limitations, and availability of materials, I am able to draw the art to your specifications. It costs more to do things that are more complex.
How many characters/objects will be included in one normal order (Basic, Standard and Premium package)?
One character/object is included. If you’re looking for multiple characters, poses, and\or expressions please contact me for a good deal.
