What materials do you use?
I use high-quality cast acrylic (plexiglass) in different colors and thicknesses.
Can I send my own design?
Yes! You can send me SVG, AI, DXF, PDF or high quality PNG files. I can also create the design for you.
How long does shipping take?
I am based in Italy. Shipping to Europe usually takes 10-15 days with tracked courier.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, I can design from your idea, photo or description.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds after production starts. I start working immediately after payment. Refunds are possible only within 24 hours before production begins. Custom made items cannot be refunded once the laser work has started. If there is a defect from my side, I will remake it for free.
