- Initial Setup
- Customisation of the portal to show both out of the box entities as well as custom ones, in turn allowing for the input, edit and, deletion of Dyanmcis records from within the portal.
- Adding subgrids (tables showing related records to the current record, for example showing a subgrid of contacts on an account form).
- Enabling and the displaying of attachments and notes within a record, allowing staff to post a message to the portal and receive a response back.
- New user registration alerts sent to your email for approval.
- And full training on how to configure new user access.
