Founding engineer at Insivo, a B2B SaaS platform that runs AI-powered employee interviews for project-leads in organisations. I picked the stack and designed the architecture, then shipped the first production tenant. My work spans full-stack web (Next.js, Supabase, Postgres), multi-tenant security (row-level isolation across JWT, middleware, database and analytics layers), an end-to-end voice and LLM pipeline (real-time transcription, structured AI outputs, typed validation) and the complete DSGVO compliance posture (per-tenant data agreements, consent flows, subject-access export, EU-only data residency). I also handle the operational side: CI/CD, end-to-end test coverage, monitoring and on-call. The result is a platform that serves hundreds of interview responses per campaign with sub-50ms query times and zero data leakage between tenants.
