What is a "Native PDF"? How do I know if my file will work?
A "Native PDF" is a file generated by a computer (like an invoice, bank statement, or a file saved from Excel/Word). The easiest way to check is to try and click-and-drag to select the text in your PDF. If you can highlight the text, it's a Native PDF and will work perfectly!
My PDF is a "Scan" (a photo). Can you still convert it?
No, this gig is only for Native (text-based) PDFs. Scanned PDFs are images and require a different technology called OCR. Please message me BEFORE ordering if you are unsure, and I will check your file for free.
Is my data (financial statements, invoices, etc.) confidential?
Yes, 100%. I am a professional. Your files are only used to perform the service you ordered. All data is handled with strict confidentiality and is permanently deleted after the order is completed and marked as "accepted".
My PDF has a very complex layout or multiple tables on one page. Is that a problem?
