First time using a forwarding service and Hasnain explained thoroughly and patiently all steps I needed to take on my end. Parcel was received by him, very quickly identified and prepared, and sent within an hour of my paying. If you need to have something shipped from the U.S. to you, I cannot recommend Hasnain enough.
