Your website URL and, if the fix requires code access, your hosting/cPanel or FTP login (or a staging link). I only ever request read/edit access, never anything more.
Will you show me before and after results?
Yes, I send screenshots or a screen recording comparing the site before and after the fix.
How do you test the fixes?
I test on real mobile, tablet, and desktop devices — not just browser resizing — to make sure the fix actually works in the real world.
What if new bugs appear after delivery?
Every package includes revisions — I'll fix any related issues within the scope we agreed on.
