Misrepresentation of what “permit ready” plans are. In order for plans to be permit ready they need a stamp from engineer. If not they are not “permit ready”. Hagiz told me I could get a stamp for “additional cost”. He know plans are not permit ready without a stamp…. This is a scam.

We assigned them this project after another team botched this project. They finished the project without the need for any changes. The Engineer on record approved the project. They ard now part of our team for all future projects.

Providing this review after the drawings were reviewed by the City of San Juan Capistrano, CA. The city requested minor revisions that can be addressed easily. Nadir is exceptionally knowledgeable, and I am really impressed with the quality of his work. I finally found someone I can trust. I will definitely work with him again.
