À propos de moi
I'm Harold, a certified residential appraiser with 20+ years of experience researching local prices and comparable sales. I help local service businesses understand their market with clear, sourced competitor pricing reports: what nearby competitors charge, the offers and coupons they run, and who doesn't publish prices at all. Every price comes from the competitor's own website and links to its source. Great for setting prices, business plans and opening new locations.

Owner and sole appraiser at eCentury Appraisal Services in Genesee County, Michigan. I've completed residential appraisals for more than 20 years across 9 Michigan counties, specializing in probate, divorce, estate and legal work. Every report depends on researching local sales, comparing properties side by side and backing each number with a documented source. I bring that same method to my competitor pricing reports.
