Key responsibilities: · 1- Check patient eligibility and benefits through insurance web portal. 2- Answering inbound patient calls and scheduling appointments. 3- Create medical bill and submit to offshore health care insurance companies. 4- Posting payment through EOB’s, EFT’s and ERA’s. 5- Ensure the patient’s medical information is accurate and up to date. 6- Prepare bills and invoices, and document amounts due for medical procedures and services. 7- Collect and review referrals and pre authorizations. 8- Monitor and record late payments. 9- Investigate and appeal denied claims.
