FAQ
Do you use a tracker for tracking hours?
We manage our projects internally using Asana and maintain a Google spreadsheet for the hours tracking which can be provided as required. We can use a 3rd party tracking service based on the client's demands.
There is a timeline to each package, what does that mean?
Timeline is mentioned so that we have to complete our project by then, but let's say if there are any hours that are left out even after the completion we can either carry those forward to your next project or reserve them for a month or so, and you can approach us anytime to get the hours utilized.
My Shopify app/plugin stopped working on my site. Can you fix this?
This is usually caused by some Javascript error somewhere in the theme or in another app. I will investigate the cause and I can almost always fix this error so your site works perfectly again.
Can you work with my designer to customize our Shopify store?
Yes. Your designer can provide me the designs and direction, and I will custom-code the new version of your theme. I will keep a backup of your current theme and build this in my copy of your theme so we can have simple version control.
