This was my second gig with Artitect and I fully intend for there to be more. We had a very intelligent conversation at the beginning about my needs and he asked great questions. When I got the first draft, my jaw dropped and I dragged my wife over to look at it. I gave a tiny bit of feedback and he instantly accepted it and delivered greatness.
