Translated “The Guidebook for Interacting with Students with Disabilities” document issued by the University’s Unit for People with Disabilities under the supervision of my professor. -Employed various translation strategies such as literal, idiomatic, free translation, and contextual translation along with compensation and paraphrasing. -Invested considerable time in researching for equivalents for certain terms and phrases. -Worked with sensitive and cultural concepts and contexts at the same time. Beside my biggest project above, I worked on multiple projects, translating different types of articles and written content for the club and University while paying close attention to accuracy and clarity.
