I provide text-based relationship clarity coaching in a warm, judgment-free space. My goal is not to tell you what to do, but to help you untangle your thoughts, understand your situation more clearly, and feel more confident about your next steps.
I can help with dating confusion, situationships, breakups, relationship conflicts, loneliness, overthinking, and confidence.
My approach is unique to Coach Rose because I do not give generic advice or push you toward a decision. Instead, I help you slow down, separate facts from fears, notice patterns you may be missing, and understand what is actually happening in your situation.
I offer text-based coaching because writing often helps people express themselves more honestly and thoughtfully. It gives you time to reflect without the pressure of a live conversation. It also gives you a written record of everything we discuss, so you can reread it later, notice patterns, and reflect with more clarity.
From my experience with clients, this format often helps people open up more naturally and gain clearer insight.

Is this therapy or mental health counseling?
No. I am a relationship and emotional support coach. I provide guidance, perspective, and a supportive space to help you gain clarity, but I do not provide therapy or mental health treatment.
