I gave numerous explicit details on exactly what I wanted and somehow every delivery was lacking one or more aspects of what I requested. It took 8 to 12 deliveries before I got my very simple logo.

The seller was fast at delivering but did not provide a logo that I found attractive for my product. I ended up just using Design.com to design my logo instead. I have requested a partial refund going forward.
