During my 8 years at Andela, I worked as a Crowdfunding Campaign Strategist, supporting creators, startups, and individuals in building high-performing fundraising campaigns across platforms such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and GoFundMe. My role focused on transforming ideas into structured, persuasive, and conversion-driven campaigns. I specialized in campaign storytelling, helping clients communicate their vision in a way that builds emotional connection and trust with potential backers. I also developed expertise in campaign optimization, ensuring that each section—from headlines to reward tiers—was strategically designed to increase conversions and funding success. In addition, I led promotion strategies that included audience targeting, social media amplification, and outreach planning. My work consistently improved campaign visibility and engagement, especially for projects that initially struggled to gain traction.
