Oui. Je connecte votre agent à GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Airtable, et plus via n8n ou Make.com. Si votre outil possède une API, je peux l'intégrer.
Les coûts d'appel et d'utilisation sont-ils inclus ?
Non. Les frais d'utilisation de Retell/Vapi et les coûts de téléphonie Twilio sont séparés et facturés directement par ces plateformes. Je vous conseillerai sur la configuration la plus économique pour votre volume d'appels avant de commencer.
Dois-je fournir des scripts ?
Pas nécessairement. Si vous avez un script, c'est parfait — envoyez-le-moi. Sinon, j'en rédigerai un basé sur votre activité et vous obtiendrai votre approbation avant de le construire. C'est inclus dans chaque package.
De quoi avez-vous besoin de ma part pour commencer ?
Il vous suffit de décrire votre cas d'usage, les outils que vous utilisez (CRM, calendrier), et de donner accès à votre compte Retell ou Vapi. Je m'occupe du reste.
