My clients are sales teams whose files have passed through too many
hands — duplicate rows, five phone formats, one city spelled six ways.
What I do:
• Remove duplicates without losing good records
• Standardise names, addresses, phones, dates and categories
• Fix and validate postal codes
• Flag what I can't verify instead of filling it in
I work in English daily and I'm in GMT+8 — your overnight is my working
