Which Linux distributions do you support?
I primarily work with Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, RHEL and similar Linux distributions. If you're using another distribution, contact me before ordering.
Can you troubleshoot VPS and cloud servers?
Yes. I can work with VPS and cloud servers from providers such as AWS, DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr, IONOS and similar providers.
Do you need to reinstall my server to fix the problem?
No. I prefer to investigate the existing system first and preserve the current environment where possible. I won't make destructive changes or reinstall the server unless it is necessary and agreed beforehand.
What if you find the problem but it requires more work than my package includes?
I'll explain what I found and what is required before doing additional work. You can purchase additional hours or we can agree on a custom offer for the remaining work.
