As an experienced email marketer, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Adidas, where I played a key role in planning, designing, and executing strategic email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and driving consistent sales growth. During this collaboration, I developed and implemented a full email marketing strategy tailored to the brand’s goals and target audience. This included creating high-quality promotional campaigns, engaging newsletters, and product launch emails that effectively showcased Adidas products while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice. In addition, I built and optimized automated email flows such as welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery emails, re-engagement campaigns, and customer retention funnels. These systems were designed to nurture leads, recover lost sales, and turn one-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers. A major part of my work focused on performance optimization. I applied audience segmentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and overall conversion rates. By continuously analyzing campaign performance, I was able to refine strategies and deliver better results over time. I also ensured that every email was visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and aligned with modern email marketing best practices. From compelling subject lines to persuasive copywriting and clear call-to-actions, each element was carefully crafted to maximize impact. This collaboration allowed me to combine creativity, strategy, and analytics to deliver measurable results, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of Adidas.
