Fourniture de packages d’ingénierie pour panneaux solaires prêts à la construction, clairs, vérifiables et conformes. Je réalise des conceptions techniques pour des projets résidentiels, commerciaux et de service public : devis rapides pour appels d’offres jusqu’à une ingénierie complète et détaillée.
Services principaux
- Étude de rendement et de pertes basée sur PVsyst (rendement annuel, PR, hypothèses d’irradiance)
- Aménagement du site (CAD / SketchUp) avec disposition des modules, inclinaison, azimut, espacement des rangées et cartes d’ombrage entre rangées
- Pack électrique : schéma unifilaire, câblage en série AC/DC, sélection d’onduleurs, coordination de protection, mise à la terre et disposition de l’éclairage
- Dimensionnement des conducteurs et conduits, chute de tension, calculs de courant de défaut et réglages de protection
- BOQ/BOM avec spécifications des équipements, planning de câblage et schéma de câblage
- Intégration BESS et contrôles hybrides (limites SOC, logique d’islanding/anti-islanding)
- Notes de construction, liste de vérification pour tests et mise en service, et documentation de transfert
Normes et conformité
Les conceptions respectent IEC (60364, 62109, 61730), NEC 690/705, IEEE 1547, IEC 62933 et les exigences des autorités locales (adaptations DEWA/utilité sur demande).
Livrables
Fichiers CAD modifiables + pack PDF, rapport de simulation, BOQ, extraits de calculs, et notes concises pour O&M / mise en service. Devis rapide disponible
