I was pretty nervous about making an order like this, but Michi has been nothing but understanding and cooperative. And was especially engaging when I shared the lore for my particular character. The milestone payment system was also helpful and took a strain off my finances. Michi exceeded my expectations and I'm happy I commissioned them.
