A storyboard was given and i expected the animations will be the same as the ones advertised, however — a disappointment, nothing was the same , screenshots instead of UI buttons and animations , spelling errors and a 4 days late order.

The video animation created by the seller was okay and met the initial project requirements. However, we agreed on modifications as a new piece of extra work, and since that agreement, the seller has gone completely silent. Excellent motion design work. Samra animated our real product UI instead of using generic templates, delivered clean A/B variants for testing. Will book again.
