Hello, I am an experienced minecraft builder and i've been building for more than five years. In the past, I created a public server that I worked more than a year on it with other developers. I've been also creating private servers to build modern cities and a medieval city right now. I recognize myself more in building medieval structures and terraforming environnements. The fact that I am studying in architecture technology helps me to get more ideas when it comes to build houses and to fit it in an environment. Solo or in team, I know how to cope.

How do you determine how much it will cost ?
I made an excel document where I calculate the price depending on the area of blocs. The price factor for the terraforming ($/square bloc) will depend on the blocs that you are going to use for your server.
In what version of minecraft are you playing ?
First of all, I am in premium and I am generally in 1.12.2, but I can change it to any other version.
Can you build modern ?
Yes and no. I mean I have the ability, but it's been a long time I didn't build in the modern style. If I think I have the ability to build what you ask me, I can build it for sure.
