FAQ
How do you handle ongoing updates or changes in our tour offerings?
This covers initial setup. Because high-volume operations need ongoing yield monitoring, most clients transition into our Monthly Travel BackOffice Retainer once launched to safely manage dynamic calendars and scale seasonal volumes.
Do you help with content writing and photo editing?
Yes. We optimize your existing copy with high-performing keywords and crop images to satisfy OTA ranking algorithms. Completely new creative copywriting or premium graphic design from scratch can be added as a custom scope.
What if I don't have all the required information ready?
We provide an organized Onboarding Checklist showing exact text and image sizes needed. If you are missing data points, our team will guide you on solid industry baselines during our kickoff review to keep setup moving fast.
Is my business information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All operational metrics, accounts, and credentials are secured under strict B2B privacy. You never share master passwords; we guide you on adding our team securely via limited sub-user manager access.
Do you configure Bókun/FareHarbor widgets for my website?
Yes. In our advanced tier, we securely integrate direct booking widgets on your website, mapping direct traffic flows to Bókun to help you capture high-margin, commission-free direct online sales smoothly.
