The freelancer did not deliver. Additionally, he was making it seem as if he delivered something. By asking me to check. He did not even access the website!!

SCAM! Do not work with this man. He has stood us up multiple times, pretending he would jump on a call to better understand the process/requirements and never turned up, ignored all communication and also delivered the wrong end-result. To conclude, our brief was to create an asset generating script...
