Developed key components of Alyson, an AI-driven lead generation platform designed to help businesses convert uploaded audience data into qualified leads through automated marketing channels such as AI calling, SMS, and email. The platform uses an orchestration system to evaluate multiple models simultaneously and dynamically route traffic toward the best-performing models to maximize conversions and revenue. Contributed to building the ML lifecycle and intelligent automation workflows using Python, AWS SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, and Azure AI agents. Implemented machine learning models using tree-based algorithms such as LightGBM, XGBoost, and Random Forest to predict user behaviors including lead conversion probability, email open likelihood, and optimal routing for maximizing revenue generation. Developed intelligent routing logic that analyzes user profiles and marketing signals to direct traffic toward the most effective landing pages or campaigns. Implemented both manual and automated training pipelines, including SageMaker processing jobs and AWS Autopilot integrations for model experimentation. Built additional AI-driven automation features including automated email template generation, content generation using OpenAI APIs, and news-post generation using Azure AI agents with grounded search. Implemented batch processing pipelines handling tens of thousands of records daily and integrated monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect model failures or pipeline errors. The system processes large-scale structured datasets including behavioral, marketing, geographic, and operational data, supporting outreach campaigns reaching approximately 50–60k users per day. Development was carried out both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams using GitHub-based workflows.

Worked as a Backend Engineer on a SaaS-based CMMS platform. Built and maintained RESTful APIs using NestJS and JavaScript / TypeScript following the MVC architecture pattern. Implemented CRUD operations along with JWT-based authentication and role-based authorization to ensure secure access control. Designed and managed PostgreSQL database schemas using TypeORM, including handling entity relationships and writing custom queries using Query Builder. Implemented pagination, filtering, and sorting to support efficient data handling at scale. Used DTOs with class-validator for request validation and integrated middleware where required. Wrote unit tests using JEST to maintain code reliability. Developed server-side PDF generation for work orders and contributed to maintaining code quality by upgrading deprecated dependencies, including migrating ESLint to version 9. Collaborated within a 6-member development team using Git and GitHub for version control, pull requests, and code reviews within a structured development workflow.
