Working as Site RBI Engineer and reporting to the Inspection Team Leader. The main responsibilities are as follows: -Create inspection tasks based on RBI integrity, operational requirements, and ADNOC standards in the Inspection Data Management System (IDMS). -Define shutdown scope by analyzing historical data to ensure alignment with RBI integrity and ADNOC standards. -Perform RBI reassessments to optimize inspection intervals and methodologies. -Audit inspection reports for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with standards. -Audit reports and perform reassessments of PRD (Pressure Relief Devices) RBI analysis. -Maintain the temporary repair database to track the status and effectiveness of repairs. -Develop and manage the annual inspection plan to ensure timely inspections of critical assets. -Track unplanned inspection tasks (such as LOPC - Loss of Primary Containment) or breaks in tasks, along with pre-shutdown activities, in the unplanned tracker to ensure effective resource allocation and integrity task management. -Monitor overdue tasks within the 6-week rolling plan to ensure timely completion and minimize disruptions. -Collaborate with area inspection engineers to ensure seamless coordination of inspection activities, align inspection tasks, manage shutdowns, and resolve discrepancies.
