Key responsibilities and achievements: - Process and evaluate EB2-NIW petitions under the Dhanasar three-prong framework — assessing proposed endeavor, national importance, and waiver eligibility - Handle complex RFE (Request for Evidence) cases across multiple visa categories — analyzing USCIS concerns and preparing evidence-backed responses - Review and assess denial letter matters, identifying legal grounds for appeal, Motion to Reopen (MTR), and Motion to Reconsider (MTC) - Draft and evaluate petition cover letters, recommendation letters, personal statements, and proposed endeavor statements - Review applicant CVs and supporting documents for USCIS compliance and strategic alignment - Maintain thorough knowledge of AAO precedent decisions, immigration policy updates, and USCIS adjudication standards
