Which project files needed to provide the takeoffs and estimate?
I need the project plans (blueprints, drawings) in PDF format.
From which source I get the pricing for USA based projects?
I get the pricing from RS Means Online, Home Depot, Lowes, and other online material sourcing sites.
On which software you performed material takeoffs/quantity markings?
I use plan swift and Bluebeam from which I can provide a very high resolution marked plans called markups.
Do you have experienced working with general contractors?
Yes, I worked with number of US based G.C's and help them in there pre or post bidding process.
Do you work with Home Owners?
Yes, I do work with the home owners by providing them accurate takeoff and estimates. I also help them to order the materials for there awesome project!
Do you have any experienced working with the sub contractors?
Yes, I worked with a lot of US based subcontractors doing concrete, masonry, wood framing, steel framing, roofing, openings, millworks, drywalls, paint, flooring, ceiling, exterior interior finishes and MEP etc.
