I had an excellent experience working with Hawaiya. She did a fantastic job formatting my book and delivered high-quality work with great attention to detail. The formatting was professional, clean, and exactly what I was looking for. She was responsive, easy to communicate with, and completed the project on time.

She was willing to do corrections needed and the final manuscript is formatted correctly but it did take about 6 rounds of revisions.
