I help Airbnb hosts, property managers, and landlords replace messy spreadsheets with organized, automated systems for tracking their rental businesses. My work focuses on building custom Airtable dashboards that bring together booking calendars, income and expense tracking, cleaning and maintenance schedules, and guest information into one visual, easy-to-use system. Key responsibilities and achievements: - Designed and built custom Airtable bases and Interface Designer dashboards tailored to short-term rental and multi-property portfolios - Set up automated workflows for booking notifications, cleaning/turnover scheduling, and maintenance tracking - Built income and expense tracking systems structured for easy tax reporting - Created guest CRM systems to track reservations, contact details, and special requests - Consulted with clients to translate manual spreadsheet workflows into scalable, shareable database systems - Delivered walkthrough training so non-technical clients could confidently manage their own systems I work primarily in Airtable, with additional experience in Excel and Google Sheets for clients who need lighter-weight solutions.
