Hi, I'm Heather. For nearly 20 years I've worked as a Head of Operations — helping businesses worth millions get out of their own way. Great working with hcoops! The communication was really good as she listened to what I wanted and gave good insight on the website's potential. We agreed on some key adjustments and she went away and updated the homepage and even gave more feedback on additional areas. I would work with her again and I definitely recommend!
